US Blocks Torture Settlements to our first Gulf War Veterens

They earned a billion dollar settlement for torture while held
by Iraq. Bush is blocking them collecting on Iraq assets. They
wonder why. Do you?

And payment would just deprive the Iraqis (really Bushies) of money they need to "rebuild".
