9. Not So Bad

By Criminal Record they have to mean felony, and while lots of old geezers might have found themselves in a scrape or two when they were younger very few of them came up with felony convictions. Trust me, if 3 DUI's don't count for Bush/Cheney then they can't be reason for denying Presidential appointment.
