Chimpy sure shrugged his shoulders a lot at his press conference today.
I'm watching him on C-Span and he looks drunk. He's painful to watch.

definitely gives it away when he lies. That shrug and the speaking really slow as if it were off the cuff. He seemed drunk or drugged. What an ass. :dunce:
He was shown to be a liar later on when the military said it was the White House and not the Navy that put up the banner " Mission Accomplished".
