US troops shoot handicuffed civilian
Two civilians were killed in the clash, including one whose family said he was shot by the Americans after they detained and handcuffed him. The Pentagon said it had no information on the claim, and U.S. military spokesmen in Iraq had no immediate comment.

"They (Americans) raided the house, shot him first in the leg, tied his hands and then shot him in the head," said the victim's brother, Dira'a Baji. Baji said his brother was the only male in the house when the Americans came but that several women relatives were present and described what happened.

1. But let's keep pretendiing this is insurgence is from outside the country
"The Associated Press saw that one of them, Iraqi Nazem Baji, had a gunshot wound in the back of his head and his hands were tied in front of him with plastic bands similar to those used by the U.S. military when they arrest suspects."

2. I think these kinds of stories are too painful for most?
When I stop and think of the stature this country once had in my eyes and see were it is today it makes me want to weep. No shit.

4. Assailants Kill Soldier Outside Fallujah
"Iraq's hit-and-run resistance struck U.S. forces." IRAQIES, not Saddam loyalist, not reminders or whatever.

There is a real cluster-fuck going on over there that we don't even know about.
