I don't know if anyone has posted on this yet. See the excitement at Eschaton, where Luskin has had a law firm threaten Atrios with libel action. A transparent attempt to deny free speech rights and suppress voices of political opposition; if it works there, they will be on their way here in due course.

Luskin is just another rightwing "moran".
