Wow, unlike the Cable Networks, they were actually even handed on this.

Actually asked if this can continue now that the Tax Cuts have been spent etc,

New ABC News Poll: 70% Think Economy is Bad

Guy in South Carolina (Factory Worker: Where are they gettign those figures? Its still bad here...could be many months before people start to hire


CBS: Many jobs in the Servicable Goods Sectors (which help the GDP) are going overseas

1. Statistics can support any statement.
Most people see the poor economy. However, most people, even at DU, think that government policies have nothing whatsoever to do with the economics of the country... it's just business cycles, and cycles, you know, are not determined by anything. The repugs are especially funny because when the economy is doing bad they say it is just a cycle, but when it is doing good, they claim it's because of something Raygun did! Very funny stuff.

2. NBC pissed on these numbers too
Said this may not last and that if this doesnt produce jobs by January it is meaningless, plus says more jobs are moving off shore.

3. If they have proven they can produce more goods without
adding more jobs, why would the manufacturers hire more people ? This is nothing to crow about.

the closest thing we have to the BBC! Also add PBS!
