4. There are quite a few "Zell Miller Democrats" in GA
Max Cleland wanted to be seen as a Zell Miller Democrat. And he had Miller run adds for him too.

Miller is the most popular politician in Georgia. He says the party has changed.

Four years ago, we held the state house and senate, the Governorship and both Senate seats. Next November will complete the loss of every one of them. It's possible that the party is no longer seen as in line with what "Georgia Democrats" consider themselves.
