James Nichols sues Michael Moore over 'Bowling'

DETROIT, Michigan (AP) -- James Nichols, the brother of Oklahoma City bombing conspirator Terry Nichols, says he was tricked into appearing in the documentary "Bowling for Columbine," according to a federal lawsuit filed against filmmaker Michael Moore.

Nichols also alleges in the lawsuit, filed Monday in Detroit, that Moore libeled him by linking him to the terrorist act.

Nichols accuses Moore of libel, defamation of character, invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Isn't it funny how these conservatives howl about litigation then sue at the drop of a hat. This guy better shut up before someone decides he should be in jail with his rangy red neck brother.

Unless you can attribute that "howling" about litigation to Nichols himself, the comment makes no sense.

2. If you saw the film

Nichols came across as a complete and total loon. He made himself look like a terrorist, Moore only gave him the stage on which to display his loonacy. Typical of someone who won't take responsbility for his own life and his own actions. Frivolous.
