CNBC World TV gives me the creeps sometimes.

I get the feeling we are watching our corporate masters speaking.

I had never seen this channel until we got Dish Network satellite. I seldom watch because it makes me feel uneasy, like the guys talking are already in control.

Today there was an Andy Rothman from CLSA. It appears to be some kind of MidEast or Asia company. He as much as said that Bush will (paraphrasing here) get with his advisors and pretend to chide China for its practices....but in the long run he won't do a thing.

He said it coldly.

He coolly and with utter calm said exactly how Bush will handle China and its trade practices, as if it is all preordained. It gave me chills.
