Why one month into your administration did you put a hiring freeze on the FBI, our first line of defense against terrorism? 850 agents were slatted for hire, approved by the Clinton administration, in March of 2001, but in late Feb. 2001, King George put a hiring freeze on and not one agent was sent to Quantico until after 9/11 when the freeze was lifted.

Apparently George had big tax breaks planned for his rich friends and pesky agancies like the FBI were sucking up money.

These are facts, because I was going through the interview process with the FBI in early Feb. 2001 and was told they needed 850 agents right away to fill the ranks of those retiring.
