History Channel JFK shows
Did anyone watch the three segments about the JFK assassination?
Where was Bush at that time?

3. "Mr. George Bush of the CIA"
According to a report in The Nation, days after the Kennedy assassination in 1963 a memo from J. Edgar Hoover stated that a "Mr. George Bush of the Central Intelligence Agency" had been briefed regarding the reaction of anti-Castro Cuban exiles in Miami to the murder. Although George H.W. Bush claims the name he shares with the "Mr. George Bush of the CIA" is coincidental, a source for the story observed: "I know was involved in the Caribbean. I know he was involved in the suppression of things after the Kennedy assassination. There was a very definite worry that some Cuban groups were going to move against Castro and attempt to blame it on the CIA." (see Joseph McBride, "'George Bush,' CIA Operative," The Nation, July 16/23, 1988, p. 42).

A side note in something I wrote a while ago on Bartcop...

5. Michael Bechloss (Historian) said Bush was in Dallas with Babs and
Babs and one of her sons watched the parade. He said that this morning on Imus. Bechloss also said that the car Kennedy was killed in was brought to Washington, and reupholstered and repainted a dark blue and was used by all Presidents through Carter. He said this wasn't commonly known. I certainly didn't know it! Can you imagine the gruesomeness of this? Johnson riding around in the car that Kennedy was shot in! Plus all those other Presidents? Unbelievable!

6. They put in a new windshield, too.
The History Channel interviewed a female physician from the Dallas Parkland Hospital who stated she saw a bullet hole in the front windshield of the Presidential limousine that awful day. The hole did not crack the windshield, indicating it was caused by a high-velocity projectile.

4. I'm still expecting the "Blame Clinton" Theory to come out
Before I pass on, I completely expect the then 13 year old Bill Clinton to be accused of the JFK assassination.

17. I don't believe that story for a moment!
There was no specific proof offered, just a bunch of Texans who hated LBJ making wild accusations that can neither be proven nor disproven now. Absolutely outrageous!! I am appalled at History Channel!

If this were true, the media would have uncovered it decades ago, during Vietnam, when they turned against LBJ. How ODD we have never heard any of this before....

12. That's why I call "Them" the BFEE...
... for want of a better term, the Bush Family Evil Empire. Whatever their names, these turds have been in business since November 22, 1963. Evidence of their culpability abounds — from the Bay of Pigs to Vietnam to Cambodia to Chile to El Salvador to Nicaragua to Venezuela to Afghanistan to New York City to Dallas and most all points in between. They work to loot the world, enslave its people, and kill those who oppose them.

14. Not sure, Solomon. Last night's were "The Final Chapters"...
... or some such marketing tagline. Tonight's episodes are the first three hours of the BBC series, "The Men Who Killed Kennedy." The new stuff from Monday will be rebroadcast on Friday. For details:

http://www.historychannel.com/jfk/

As you know, the series is good for bringing up a lot of eyewitnesses and new information. Unfortunately, it is not perfect, and will get deconstructed by those with agendas at variance with Justice.

The new installments are MUST-SEE, DU Friend Solomon!

15. I've seen this series before
but last night I caught one episode I've missed in the past - about evidence tampering.

I thought the video of the acting White House press secretary's (remember Pierre Salinger and a good chunck of the cabinet were in a plane over the Pacific) press conference immediately after JFK was pronounced dead was very interesting. He describes Kennedy's wounds, an entrance wound in the throat and one in the temple (points to own temple when he says this). He did not mention the large gaping wound in the back of the head later described by Parklawn doctors, but perhaps it was felt to be too graphic at the time.

This was all leading up to the autopsy photos showing no wound in the temple and a small wound in the back of the head. It also mentioned that both the Warren Commission and the House Committee decided the Parklawn doctors were "mistaken" when they said the wounds in the photos were not the wounds they saw.
