Media is estatic
about the new Jackson trial-to-be. Expect wall to wall coverage from now until it starts and ends. I can picture the media people thinking to themselves, first there was Kobe, now we have Jackson. How lucky for us.

I heard some of them crowing that this will be bigger than the OJ trial, and remember how that went. 24 hours and 7 days a week of coverage.

Maybe the repubs are happy about it too. I can imagine they are hoping that all the media coverage to come of the Jackson trial will cause people to not pay attention to the upcoming primary season, and that it will overshadow whoever emerges as the candidate.

This is the sad state of the media today, especially the cable channels.

4. Media gives lip service to...
protests. I've seen about two minutes of coverage today. That includes the one in FL.
