Is "international racism" running wild?
Why is it ok for the US and UK to invade and occupy Iraq and it's ok for Israel to invade and occupy Palestinian land

but it is not ok for Iraq to (justifiably) invade Kuwait? Nor is it ok for Cuba to even defend itsself against US aggression. The world, coerced by the US, sanctions, embargos, boycotts Iraq and Kuwait but does none of these to real aggressors with real, known WMDs when they do the same and more. I just don't get it. Plus the US did it to the Native Americans and African slaves with no reparations, yet Germany performs a holocaust against Jews and the world is still paying the reparations for it. There just isn't any justice in a world dominated by white supremiscists. What the hell did the US demand of Russia for its agression....nothing!

...The world's going to hell in a handbasket, because people are idiots. Ask me another.

Edit: Was watching a Babylon 5 episode the other night, so try this for an argument: The world is unfair. But wouldn't it be worse, if the world was fair, and we actually deserve everything that happens?

2. At least we would be getting what we "deserved"
I can live with just and fair consequences, even if I have to suffer. But to suffer for nothing or some else's actions is more than I need to bear.

Narn = Iraq?

Roughly 150 of your years ago, the Centauri came to our world. Narn was a green and fertile place then. We greeted them in peace and spent the next 100 years in chains, but we never gave up hope. We formed a resistance, learned their secrets, turned their own machines against them, and finally drove them from our world."

-- G'Kar in Babylon 5:"And Now For a Word"

"Why does any advanced civilization seek to destroy a less advanced one? Because the land is strategically valuable, because there are resources that can be cultivated and exploited, but most of all, simply because they can."

5. Sorry, but no
B5 runs all over the place for mythos, but G'Kar's people are more obviously linked to Jewish people even overtly so. G'Kar makes a comment at one point about how there are people in our world for whom the term, "Never again," holds special meaning. He then says, "Never Again," about his world.

OK, this Sci-Fi moment was brought to you by...
