Are they just more clever (in hiding) than we've been led to believe?

Are they being 'saved' for a possible October Surprise?

Are they still on the NSA payroll?

Would it be better for Dem chances of retaking the White House if they were 'delivered' sooner or later?

Would their capture\killing blow the Dem's chances out of the water?

Is my level of cynicism unrealistically high, or just about right for this current administration?

I'm thinkin something is gonna break in this area within the year. And I wonder what it will do for the 2004 election.

And that capture will probably lead to a boost in confidence in whoever is in office at the time of the capture.

I don't believe that they are being held now in secret and that the Bush administration is waiting for the right time to release the information. I think that is too cynical.
