2. Just a catchphrase to push legislation |
|
in order to promote the corporate agenda.
You know its funny how language like that always crops up with republican presidents.

4. overgrown forest = lots=o=trees |
|
Trees=fire fire=bad
if fire = bad then
no trees = good =)
That is our pResident’s logic, and the logic of logging companies.

9. According to Reagan... |
|
...trees cause as much pollution as cars. Plus they litter every Autumn. Cut 'em down! :eyes:

7. One That Isn't 3-Bedroom Real Estate Yet |
|
My aunt in the country was "victimized" by an "overgrown" forest once.
Permission was given for a company to come in and "thin" an overgrown forest once. They thinned out acres of forest just above her access road. Fall and winter rains came and washed down parts of the hillside on her road several times.
The scar still remains. Where fifty to one-hundred foot trees once stood are now large tracts of weeds and bushes. The forest is still trying to recover.

8. But they do have to leave one tree on that lot of the birds. |
|
I saw all that up North in Maine where my sister used to live. Miles of pesty trees gone as they were so bad for the woods. There must be a passage in the Bible that tells us this is good to remove the trees.
