For the record, use of medications by others than the medication is prescribed for, is a federal crime. Possession of medications prescribed for others, unless being transferred to the recipient of the prescription, is a federal crime. Possession of thousands of narcotic pills, is a federal crime. No MD on the face of the earth would prescribe any amount that huge. The whole notion of "prescription" medications is a red herring. He is guilty of numerous crimes of possession, possible distribution, and a multiltude of state and regional criminal activities. Far as I know, there is no pill bottle that looks like a cigar box.

After they went after his medical records, anything is possible, maybe they want his physician to hang too?
