Are Chimp and the boys pulling some Enronomics with the Iraq cash?
Where is the accountability? Where is the cash going?

They haven't accounted for anything as far as I know. It's practically impossible to trace. Meanwhile, Halliburton is overcharging U.S. taxpayers on everything, right in line with what they have always done.

Thoughts and more info, anyone?

1. You betcha.
Does shit attract flies?

Do hardened criminals cease and desist activity when they are freed of laws against their crimes (the way the War Profiteering guidelines were removed from the $87,500,000,000 Bushevik Invasion Consolidation Package)?

3. Just checking to see if I wasn't dreaming about the pure idiocy
of giving these group of thieves billions of dollars to play with.

4. All of that is true, plus Rummy has a personal slush fund right?
IIRC, doesn't he have several billion at his disposal and doesn't have to say how he spends it???

I'm a humble and honest bookkeeper and blatant fraud just makes me so

5. Remember Sen. Kennedy's September statements?
(Senator Kennedy) said Bush officials had failed to account for $1.5 billion of the $4 billion the war costs each month, citing a recent report by the Congressional Budget Office.

"My belief is this money is being shuffled all around to these political leaders in all parts of the world, bribing them to send in troops," he told the AP.

8. not to mention the money and gold 'found' in Iraq
did anyone do a serial number search on those bills?

that's was a lot of money ... and, for all we know, more might have been found

... as far as contracts ...

what ever happened to the Defense Contract Audit System?

20 years ago ... audits were stringent on subcontractors and flow downs

love to know Rumsfeld's signature authority
