16. McDrudge is really spinning for Rush
Edited on Thu Dec-04-03 07:36 PM by loudnclear
If it had been you or me, the automated prescription drug system would have caught up with us long time ago with that many overlapping prescriptions. My insurace won't even let me overlap diuretics.

BTW, Rush is picking up weight very fast. So all that weight loss was really do to drugging I suspect...drugging unless it's pot takes away your appetite. (so I have been told)

3. Maybe a national treasure for the Republican Party
Edited on Thu Dec-04-03 06:41 PM by Old and In the Way
More like a national travesty for the rest of us.

Gee, since when do we make illegal narcotics drug abusers "national treasures", while others who sell colorful smoking pipes rot in prison?

Bite me George.

9. This quote should find its way into somebodys stump speech

Something along the lines of "President praises pill-popping conservative commentator" would be fine.

Said in a nice way, of course. :) :)

23. Drug abusers stick up for their own /Link: CS Monitor on Bush's Coke Habit
When the governor decried the game of "gotcha" that journalists play with issues like this, he was completely correct. After a series of non-denials about using the drug(Cocaine), his final answer was that he may or may not have done it, but if he did, it was at least 25 years ago...

When Limbaugh announced that he was deaf, whirled-nuts reported that some senior staffer said "The president noted Rush Limbaugh is a national treasure". Is this a recycled quote?
