Poll question: Will Rush Limbaugh be indicted?
Will Palm Beach County risk the wrath of millions of Rush worshippers? Or will Jeb Bush intervene?

1. At first I thought no,
now I am beginning to wonder.

Maybe the DA's office in Palm Beach County is getting some flak over special priviledges afforded Limbaugh that others' loved ones did not receive?

One can hope.

3. I voted yes but I'm sure no matter what he will never serve a single day
If all else fails he will be Pardoned by either Bush* or brother Jebbie. I do believe he will be indicted though.

4. Huh!?!
Are you kidding? His attorney is Roy Black. This first question this guy asks is "How much blood do you want?", which is exactly what you want an attorney to say. He won't need any intervening.

5. $250,000,000 can get you pretty good legal representation nowadays.

I'm not thinking Johnny Cochran, that's for sure!

8. plea bargain
My guess is he will avoid any time in the pokey with a plea bargain to nail the crooked doctors who gave him prescriptions without properly examining him. As much as I despise Rush, this is probably as it should be...Those docs certainly had to know everything wasn't on the up and up with Rush and they gave him the prescriptions anyway-they are more of a threat to society than old windbag limpballs is.

10. Brendan Sullivan
"I am not a potted plant" Brendan Sullivan is my guess. He is a favorite of conservatives who get their tails caught in a crack. He got the treasonous Ollie North off - what more evidence do you need?

7. He will not be indicted, no way
Bush needs him. Rove will feed him drugs. But w/ 250M Limbaugh can pay his own way out.

9. Let's see how this pans out...
under some of the Fed Drug Laws, he could lose his home, his wealth, his assets...if they can be tied to drug use/distribution. Would be kind of funny to see old Rush living under a bridge with a jug of Ripple talking to those that still believe his tripe.
