1. Just Joking Because Clark Loves Cheetos

He eats them all the time.

See the text above - Clark discovers man cannot live by Cheetos alone.

Oh, duh. Yeah I see that now, thanks.
Well reading the actual text would give it some context.

8. It works for me
Goes to http://www.cheetos.com/nav_home.html

Gee, the General didn't strike me as a junque food
kinda guy. I'm glad to hear if it's a joke, but
seems like it could be taken as corporate flogging...
Or I may be making too much of it.

10. If they think he is strange
They need to think about their current candidate. Rumor has it he can't read, he chokes on pretzels, he bruises really easy and the bruises stay, he has atrocious policies.
The new Clark campaign “A president who can handle his snack foods.”

12. OMG. First the Flag Amendment & now Cheetos.
I can't believe I'm supporting this man. Cheetos are freakin' nasty. Why do all presidents have these disgusting snack habits? jelly beans, whoppers, pork rinds... I understand William Howard Taft like to eat big fat slabs of raw bacon and then smack the grease off his finger tips at cabinet meetings.

14. I know
I found another thing that I disagree with Clark on. I absolutely detest Cheetos. Fritos are in every way superior. I demand that Clark immediately release a statement apologizing for his love of Cheetos and neglect of Fritos, or else I will vote for someone else ;)

13. Clark is a cheetos freak
I remember reading somewhere about his campaign staff waging a constant battle against the Cheetos crumbs left behind in airplane seats.

I guess that's one of the reasons he swims a mile every day -- to keep the Cheetos from winning!

21. LOL!
Remember that Cheetos ad campaign from several years ago?

A cartoon character -- Chester Cheetah -- wore sunglasses. Guess that's what I'll have to call Clark now! Clark is kind of like a big cat prowling around.

"It ain't easy being cheesey."

20. We know Myra is physically fit.
If this is an example of all the "stretching" she does! Reminds me of Richard Simmons' "Stretching to the Oldies".

Now we just need to help her find a sense of humor.

So if you're the poster child for yuks, and "Stretching to the Oldies" is your best attempt at "humor," I doubt I'll be emulating your style.

22. You've gotta watch WesCam, Episode 4!
It's hilarious... and Clark does a pretty goofy impression of "Popeye," too. :D

Another good quote:

"All these reporters gather around me, just waiting for me to say something. Something that's either dumb, or newsworthy. Or, preferably, both."

29. Funny!
Interesting bit at the end though, that piqued my curiosity, when he was talking about the "Clark Corps"... sounds like it wasn't exactly his idea for the name.

Maybe I'm the only one that got that vibe?

25. Serious Cheetos
I agree with him about the Sam Adams, but admit that Cheetos is going too far. It's not a make or break issue with me.

Yes, his NATO flight attendent came into the blog one day and said that the crumbs on plane were a constant problem. She also said that--are you ready for this--he loves marshmallow peeps but you have to leave them out overnight.

I know this information may be too much for many here to swallow, however, I suggest that true liberals are open minded about what constitutes fine dinning. Hey_at least it's not pork rinds, and besides he eats his spinach.

Just remember: 5% body fat.

26. In case anyone's interested . .
. . I sold one of my industrial computer systems to Frito-Lay back in the 80's. They used it to control the Cheetos production process at their plant (I think it was in Atlanta but I'm not sure now) - and I was invited to see the installation after it was up and running.

I was very impressed with the product. It was basically cornmeal that was extruded under high pressure steam through a small orifice that caused it to expand into a "puff".

It then dropped onto a conveyor belt where it immediately ran through a heated vat of hot vegatable oil. My computer was used to precisely control the speed of the belt so that as the extruders delivered different amounts of puffs to the belt, that would absorb the heat from the oil at different rates, they would still have just the right amount of heat as they passed through the oil, so as not to be oily but be well cooked. It was an interesting application.

I saw no additives or questionable ingredients being added. I've alway been a little suspicious of any junk food - but I have freely enjoyed Cheetos ever since then.
