1. Isn't Xanax used by Cokeheads? As some sort of parachute from highs?

Isn't that how Noelle Bush was using it?

6. It also makes you forget things
Like any of the benzos, it's hard on the memory. Take enough of that stuff any you'll forget everything you did.

5. Hydrocodone:
My sister has been in constant pain since the late 80's, due to treatment for cancer that went horribly awry. (She should sue, but she's too busy trying to survive right now). Her need for pain medication was enormous. She would go through pain pills so fast that she used the Percoset I was prescribed after my surgery. (I didn't mind.) Her doctors often showed reticence to renew her prescriptions. Nonetheless, they knew her condition, and they renewed the prescriptions, sometimes prescribing different medications to try and thwart an addiction to one specific pain medication. Unlike Jeff Christy's doctors who wouldn't renew his.

Despite her very real pain caused by malpractice, she doesn't take TEN pills a day. She takes at most FIVE, and her pain precludes her from the simplest forms of physical activity, like walking and standing for long periods of time.

My leg was broken in a car accident a few weeks ago, so I'm on Vicadin for the time being. Despite the extent of my injury (my tibia was literally pulverized), it's the strongest thing my orthopaedic surgeon will give me. How did Rush get a prescription for Oxycontin for a sore back?

12. a prescription for Oxycontin for a sore back???
Knowing what you know, and knowing what I know (b/c of my sister), we both can see the absolute ridiculousness of him actually having a valid prescription.

7. Limbaugh says:
Limbaugh read a statement written by his attorney denying any wrongdoing and saying "what should be a responsible investigation is looking more and more like a fishing expedition."

Well, Rush, let me set you straight: a fishing expedition is one where an extensive, intrusive investigation is undertaken with no cause or evidence in the hope of finding wrongdoing.

What you're in the middle of is a legitimate criminal investigation started by the police after you maid squealed, giving them just cause to start the investigation. Clear enough?
