How much money have you donated so far?
Just curious.

I got totally swept up in feelings of hope at a Clark Meetup and wrote a teary-eyed check for $250. I gave $10 to MoveOn.org for their ad recent campaign.

How much have you donated to your candidate or liberal organizations so far? Do you think that distributed contributions over the Internet (as in tons of small contributions vis-a-vis Bush-style Pioneer contribution) are the solution to beating the Republican money machine?

1. $750 I can't by any means afford.
:D

Split between Dean, Kerry, and Kucinich.

And $35 to DU, of course

2. I've donated $250 too
but it was split up over a few months and three donations. I have never donated money to a candidate before in my life, much less three times. I must either really like my guy or at least really hate Bush a lot.

3. Yes!

YES! That IS the answer!

As a matter of fact, you should ALL donate as much as you can to liberal and progressive candidates.

But check these pages Monday morning before you do that....hint, hint!

7. Spread Around
$600 to Elect Clark
$200 to MoveOn.Org
$200 to Texas Democratic Party

There will be more to come. I'm not living lavish or anything like that...I just believe if there's ever a time and a place that I need to give of my money and my time, it's this election cycle from the Presidency to the Senate to my state party.
