says you get spammed - and then verify to the spammer that it is a good address by replying and asking for removal - thereby screwing yourself as he sells your id to others for a better price.

originates in florida (penis enlargement, viagra, etc...) not europe.... so your suggestion is rather misleading, the EU data protection act already prevents keeping such databases by law....
