I want Dean/Clark, + all 7 other candidates in the cabinent
This is a great field of candidates showing the diverse range of Democratic values, and I like every last one of them. It's time we stop the in-fighting, vote our hearts in the primaries, and then get behind the eventual winner.

2. Anyone else think Edwards would make a kickass Attorney General?
I mean, assuming he loses the race and senate seat.

3. I think so, too, completely
Edwards should be AG.

4. I've been thinking that for quite some time.

Assuming that it's Dean/Clark or Clark/Dean on the ticket:

Edwards - Attorney General
Braun - Secretary of State
Gephardt - Secretary of Labor (?)
Kucinich - Secretary of Education (?)
Sharpton - Press Secretary (Imagine those press conferences!)

I would advise that Kerry and Lieberman stay in the Senate. One of my primary reasons for that is that, IIRC, both of their states have Republican governors. If they were to resign, Republicans would probably be appointed in their places. The last thing we need is for our Dem nominee to win the White House, and then lose two seats in the Senate.

5. Ditto from me
I emailed the exact same suggestion to the Dean campaign a few days ago. This would tell the repubs and the media to totally fuck off! They can't spin this one into something bad. Of course Faux News would then bring in Lieberman to whine about how all the other democrats "left him out" and how they won't let him into their elite little club of democrats b/c well, he isn't one. Believe it or not I actually think that this is what is going to happen. I think all of the democrats (except Lieberman who is not a democrat) are grown up enough to do just that. They see what asshead and co. are doing to this country. Everyone should email a similar suggestion to their own candidates, maybe not the Clark/Dean, Dean/Clark for pres. part, but that once the nominee is announced, for them all to join forces to kick the repubs. We can call them, the fantastic eight or the super eight (some cool comic book sounding name would be fitting). So does anyone have a suggestion?

6. Makes too much sense to happen in real life.
Unfortunately.

7. Doesn't mean we can't ask them to do it, for us, for the good of the world
People should still ask them to do it.
