This child welfare memo that came out that concluded that the charges against Jackson are unfounded, pretty much clears him as far as I'm concerned and clearly makes you go hummm about the Santa Barbara DA.

Look...I think Jacko is as Wacko as anybody but you got to look at this thing straight up! If the charges are dropped against Mike don't be surprised if the dude sues the hell out of Santa Barbara!
