BTW, over Thanksgiving I had to go a few states over and meet my GF's father. He told me that the Canadian health care system is "a bunch of CRAP" and further opined that the entire nation of Canada should go to hell.

I used to work with some, and I'd say something favorable about Canada, and they'd smirk, or scoff, or cough... I'd ask why, and they would derisively sneer at their "socialism".
