Does Dean have it wrapped up since he got Gore's endorsement? I doubt it. I think it is a wide open race. It's almost Republican to try and convince people of an invincibility of one candidate or the other. We have a wide open race. The polls are not that important because almost every poll has a large number of "undecideds". Who knows who they will vote for? This is not a time to give up or to let up. If you are for Dean, it would be wise to keep on pushing. This thing isn't sewed up yet.

And I think that's precisely what the Democratic Party needs, a contested convention complete with deals made in smoky back rooms etc., to get the American voting public interested.

Just like Rove invented Gore saying he invented the Internet, Clarkies and Kerryites managed to make up users saying "IT'S OVER, BABY, WITH A CAPITAL 'O'!" I, for one, haven't seen one example of it anywhere, and it really bothers me that THAT kind of behavior has basically thrown the entire forum into turmoil since the Gore endorsement.

Dean hasn't convinced me that he's the solution. Other candidates, Kucinich and Edwards, offer more articulated visions about what concerns me: Iraq, corporate interests, progressive energy policies, etc.. Hell even Wesley Clark sounds like he's more of an advocate for the environment than Dean. Perhaps, Dean is suffering from front runneritis and is treading lightly on many of the issues that he should be pouncing on.
