The other Democratic candidates whining about Gore and Dean.
Edited on Thu Dec-11-03 06:52 PM by Cascadian
I wonder if they realize that continuing to whine about Gore choosing to support Howard Dean is only going to hurt their own campaigns. I hope Dean will take the high ground and let the other people keep verbally savaging him and take it with some class. The contuing verbage will only make Dean more palatable in my view.

1. He already has.
He said the other night to leave Al Gore alone and attack him, if they didn't like the endorsement. I personally alternate between amused and sickened at the whining; anyone with a scintilla of honesty would admit that they would have LOVED for their candidate to have recieved the endorsement. The hypocrisy is a bit thick...

2. Is this in the new spirit of civility here? " Whining"? Not helpful.

3. Today in Harlem
"Clark refused to be drawn into discussions about Dean and his lead over the eight other candidates, preferring to stick to "what's wrong with George Bush and his policies." He accused the president of supporting a policy of "perpetual war," and proclaimed himself 'the person to face down the commander in chief.'"

Newsday
