Jesse Jackson praises Dean, remains mum on endorsing a candidate
Edited on Thu Dec-11-03 08:07 PM by pruner
Associated Press

LOS ANGELES - Rev. Jesse Jackson praised Democratic presidential candidate and Vermont Gov. Howard Dean Thursday, but refrained from endorsing any of the nine candidates running in the 2004 election.

Jackson spoke at the monthly Urban Issues Breakfast Forum and addressed what blacks should expect from a presidential candidate. He called on the next president to provide social and economic opportunities for blacks.

Jackson said the Vermont governor has captured the imagination of many young voters and people in his own party. But Jackson said endorsing any one candidate could hamper his effectiveness in fighting for social causes.

1. Wait, didn't you get the memo? Blacks don't like Dean
Snotty Charlie Rangel said so.

6. Yes and Rangel was extremely rude
when talking about Gore. He said sarcastically just before endorsing Clark "It was good to see Gore yesterday. I hadn't seen him in 2 years. Last time I looked for him was in Florida, but I coulnd't find him there either."

A very lame, pathetic, yet hateful attack. And yet, I wasn't surprised in the LEAST he was endorsing Clark.

Many of his supporters are just alike.
