have not used it yet? I think it's the military draft. Many of the middle class have made it clear that they really don't give a crap about anybody else. They vote only for their own selfish reasons. Tell a parent who thinks Bush is doing a good job that if Bush wins next year, he'll expand his war to other countries. With our military already stretched too thin, he'll need to stop asking for volunteers and start forcing kids to go fight his war. Let them know that Bush has begun starting up the draft boards. Also tell them that the loopholes of the past might be closed (college, Canada, etc.) After you tell them this, then watch their eyes get bigger as they blankly stare into space. If you tell them to vote Dem because it's good for poor people, or black people, or some unemployed losers, they won't hear you. But if you tell them Bush might get their kids killed, you'll get their attention. It's about time the Dems started using fear as a political tool like the right has done for years. Let people truly contemplate what horrors we might face if the chimp wins.

I can understand why Dems in Oct 2001, didn't call for Bush's head on a platter, but now they have the evidence and the emotional seperation to do so.

Even if Bush had no idea and all the conspiracies are hooey, he STILL reduced anti-terrorism efforts and ignored intelligence data from our allies before 9-11 and that's bad enough to get middle of the road voters to turn against him if we articulate it in a simple but explanitory way.

This is big also, and it's along the same lines: Four more years of Bush could get you killed. I think it's great that some dumbass wingers keep talking about Dean's comment about 9/11. Keep it in the news long enough, and eventually somebody in the media might actually decide to be a real journalist instead of a White House stenographer and try to find out if there's any validity to the theory Dean commented on.
