The logic of Bush

I heard a soundbite of Bush today remarking about the Iraq construction contracts dispute. He pretty much said that contracts in Iraq will be limited to those countries that put lives at risk.

I wonder how this benefits the soldiers families, since they are the ones who risked all compared to corporations such as Haliburton and Bechtel which risked nothing yet they reap the profit?

I understand what he was trying to say but it's just illogical. He made the statement in a tone that was meant to be interpreted in a way that puts us all in one big family, to ignore class differences. As if Haliburton and Bechtel and the rest of the companies making a profit in Iraq are on the same level as the soldier who died in making it possible for these companies to make profits.
