ChoicePoint -- Recommended Stock?

My jaw dropped tonight when I heard some (probably R) pundit actually recommend ChoicePoint as a stock to buy on PBS' "Washington Week." (Yes, THAT ChoicePoint -- the company that helped Katharine Harris and Jeb Shrub steal the 2000 election.) AAAARGGGGHHH!

Having favors like those still outstanding is what they call an intangible asset. We don't know what it's worth but it gonna be a LOT.

It's a bit like Haliburton in 2001. Maybe they should all be thrown in an abandoned well but they were still a smart investment at that time. Guaranteed moneymaker that one. Assuming you have no soul.
