I'm sure Bush would like to send Saddam to Syria for information extraction, then have him whacked. But he can't murder such a high-profile figure as Saddam Hussein. On the other hand, if he was really worried about Saddam's secrets, he might decide he has no choice; he might order Saddam Hussein murdered, then deal with the consequences.
