Lieberman thinks Saddam should get Death Penalty
It was reported by Tim Russert on NBC this morning. Why would he say such a thing? The U.S. needs to give Saddam a fair trial for the sake of the Iraqi people and our diplomatic relations. Giving him the death penalty would isolate us from the rest of the world and lead to further middle east chaos.

Lieberman obviously doesn't understand international affairs.

3. What for? We have him in a box; he's now a science experiment.
It's not like Saddam is any old convict who escaped and can hide in the Appilachians(sp). People are going to recognize him.

He's captured, no longer a threat. I think he's now more useful to the world alive.

Sounds like a Democrat to me!

Or not.

6. I saw that on MTP--very creepy...
Joe wants blood, he wants to KILL.

And by the way, Dean is a Saddam-lover.

He has to be the worst pres. candidate in the history of our party.

7. The US has no right to give him any trial.
If the international community, or the Iraqi people want to try him, fine. The US has absolutely no right to try/sentence foriegn leaders.

Liberman has a 5th grade understanding of World Affairs.

8. Kitsune thinks Lieberman needs a Swift Kick in the Pants
I didn't like him before he joined in the Saddamgasm, and I like him even less after it. Somebody please dropkick him out of this party before he urinates upon our chances to get rid of B*sh even more.
