So, If Saddam says, "Reagan and Bush gave me WMD's..."
Edited on Mon Dec-15-03 12:47 PM by Patriot_Spear
"...but I used them all up on those Shi'ites and Kurds Bush 41 suckered into rising up against me, then left high and dry."

Will we ever hear about it?

Saddam is in the ringer now and you can fully expect some wild tales to ensue. But if there was ever a golden oppurtunity for Shrub Co. to plant WMD's- this is it.

After a few days of 'debriefing', Saddam is going to say whatever his handlers (Graduates from the 'School of the America's' Ft Benning) tell him to say. And then the WMD's will be 'found'.

I think this scenario is a likely as not.

1. The US and CIA funded and trained
Noriega and little in the way of anti Reagan/Bush info has come of his capture. As a matter of fact once they got him we heard very little.

I suspect if Bush 41 and Bush 43 think Saddam will talk then he (Saddam) will mysteriously commit suicide or end up dead in another way. The Bush family will never be held accountable for their misdeeds, at least not in this realm.

I'll bet baby Bush gets a really nice Christmas present from Santa Poppy this year. After all HE, the C student, has redeemed daddy's name by getting that bad man.

Bush 43 to Bush 41, "Are you proud of me now, Poppy, huh, huh? Are ya proud of me now?" "Did I do good?"

4. Reminds me of a line from "Casablanca"
Claude Rains (still in his Vichy period) is discussing the death of Ugarte (Peter Lorre): "We're trying to decide whether he committed suicide or died trying to escape."

2. It doesn't matter if he says it
because it will never get out to the media anyway.

3. Ok, how about if the UN &EC demand that Hans Blix debrief Saddam pronto
Do you see where I am going with this? Presumably, it is urgent that we find the state of the weapons program. After all, it is a danger to the world (and all that overstated hullaballoo). Who better than Blix and the inspection team could manage such a debriefing?

The world community could use this as a pressure technique against Bush to keep Bush from shutting up Saddam Hussein. The world community could offer to help with rebuilding in return.
