Her radio show broadcasts from DC on WAMU, which also has a lot of public radio programming. I don't know if it's available elsewhere.
I've never had very strong feelings about DR her as a host, but my opinion of her just went up a notch today after her interview with Henry Kissinger.
In a very low-key way, she repeatedly brought up Chile, Pinochet, and the attempts by Spain to bring HK in for questioning. HK repeatedy dismissed the charges, said they were baseless, and that he had no involvement in the Allende coup and the charges were just being made up for political reasons.
Kissinger is notorious for going out of his way to avoid all questioning along these lines. Yet Rehm kept on going until Kissinger finally said something like: "Look, I was just serving my country and I shouldn't be criticized for that, even if some of my decisions were not the best." No home runs, but she kept the accusations alive. That's very important.
