I am the mother of two sons, aged 42 and 39, who are too old if the draft returns. I am the grandmother of a grandson who is 17, and right now, at least, too young. What is happening to your family goes straight to my heart.

This is NOT what we raised these boys to do. We did not carry them. cherish them, educate them, and love them, to be so much fuel for * and his evil buddie's endless wars. We did not raise our sons to profit Halliburton, or GWB, or THE Dick cheney.

My prayers will be with your family, and with the families of all who serve, pawns in a game we don't control, but pay the price to join. The game of enriching Bush and his cronies beyond the wildest dreams of the rest of us. May A just God judge them and their deeds, and pay them back many fold for what they are inflicting on the rest of us.
