I'm waiting for my partner to come home from work and the news just went off.

I had it on the local NBC station. I'm too lazy to get up and get the remote to change the channel. Jay comes on--starts talking about finding Saddam and how well the economy is doing (what planet is he on) and he said something about the Grinch is stealing the Democrats' Christmas

He then called Rep. McDermott a "pinhead".

I'm tired of it.

I'm contacting NBC.

Leno also has a strong streak of self-righteousness.
He had Cheney on as a guest - and basically fellated him.

3. I love Jay, I think he is very funny, but...

unlike Johnny Carson, Jay cannot hide his political preferences. I don't mean the monologues so much as his enthusiastic endorsement of Bob Dole and Arnold.

Jay worked for Fox or CNN. And of course his friend Arnie dropped the car tax especially for him. Doesn't he own a fleet of antique cars? And they are all in running condition. I stopped watching him a long time ago.
