I actually got that quoted on screen back in CNN's The Spin Room days. At least one of their producers had a sense of humor. It was in the context of Tucker making fun of someone else's hair, and timely. He was still going on about their hair when that flashed on the screen. I busted a gut :D

He has absolutely no idea what he's talking about. Even if Clinton wanted to appoint those "crazy liberal" judges, he couldn't have. The Republicans controlled the senate for 6 years of his presidency. Not to mention he has the most annoying voice I have ever heard.
