Saddam "show" was to "pre-empt" the Kean 911 Outing -- with Media Help

There you have the mo for this admin. and use of the media ...thanks to Rove and his buddies.

The WH knew this bombshell was coming and hence we have a "rabbit pop out of his hole- alive"...so we can have SH and shrub 24 x 7.

The story breaks big time last night on CBS news and Yahoo...Washington Post and others sit on it.

This is why some of our Dem. candidates are so "pissed" at the coporate media and want to break them up. They clearly are nothing but a "tool" for a multitude of coporate and political reasons.

This 911 investigation has been stonewalled, underfunded, and given no coverage ...and now we have this come forward.

Whenever your friends talk about the "liberal media" ask them why they won't "hop on this story that CBS news broke"...watch them studder and stammer like "shrub" did with the 911 question.

4. From now until the election

the timing of any event will be auspicous. With this scandal-a-day misadministration there is always bad news that they need to cover-up. As a matter of fact, I think that the Saddam's capture was on the Iraqi's timetable, not ours. They are the ones who double crossed W and stuck him with Saddam alive and well.

5. Eventually the crap will come bubbling up from the bowels
of this misAdministration so fast and furious that no amount of spin or diversion will cover it up. The corruption is so vast and pervasive that THIS WILL NOT STAND.

6. I agree with you all the way. Said it on the first thread posted
yesterday.

No one cares. They got saddam, they say, and that's all that matters, they say.

7. Yes and
to stop the flow of information on Halliburton ripping the U.S. tax payers off for millions of $$$. Saddam is found and I have yet to hear ONE story about Halliburton and they sure as hell won't cover the 911 coverup.

I think the 911 investigation story "maybe" should have been held back for a week or so until the Saddam hoopla has blown over. Maybe saved for a "slow" news day...then MAYBE it would get some coverage.

I think we need to start playing the same game. If the administration pulls one of their "coverup a story" moves....don't release the story until the media has worn out the administrations story. Beat 'em at their own game.

9. 100% complete agreement with you.
This is their typical MO. Also, it creates other issues stemming from the capture, where will Saddam be tried? Death penalty or life in prison? Bush Co are great at creating diversions, anytime an issue appears to get legs they throw out other issues that the media will hammer 24/7 and Dems will scatter to pick up. Personally, I believe there are so many issues to take up with this misadministration that it has to be planned that way. They can't be hammered by one or two issues if there's a laundry list of them. Dems will instinctively choose a pet cause which varies from Dem to Dem, environment, animal rights, education, euthanasia, etc, etc. I call it "Let's play scramble."
