9/11 Story: Teflon Coating And All..."Someone" should have lost their job

While we may hear lots more from the media about the 9/11 failure, it's being positioned so as not to touch the resident. What I'm hearing, when I read or hear the news is this: "Somebody" should have lost their jobs as a result of the failures that occurred on 9/11. There aren't any details being given as to what the failures were and the use of the anonymous term "someone" keeps finger pointing far away from you-know-who.

This is another in a long line of outrageous scandals where Bush is responsible but is protected. It was only five months ago in July that the "16 words" lie was exposed. Then, terrorist futures markets and a nicely time pulling of air marshals off flights to lessen security against terra-ism along with a nice long vacation by * took the scandal off the front pages never to be heard of again.

I think that as long as they can keep fingers pointed away from *, then the story will be circulated. As the heat gets turned up, the less we will hear, but of course this will be "old news" when the real issues surface, they'll ignore it.

3. Bush Seniors Father was on of the men who botched the 12/7

Intelligence about the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. They tried to blame it on the FDR's people one of whom was Clinton's Father!!!!!

I'm wondering if the hearings are going to be public. If so, I hope Clinton goes and testifies openly. The "It's Clinton's fault" won't work if he gives a truthful accounting of everything he did to combat terrorism. If Bush stonewalls, he's dead meat.

7. All that Clinton has to do is show Gore's commission report

as well as the Gary Hart/Warren Rudman report on terrorism, and point out how their recommendations were shunted aside by * and Co.
