I read that the 3 judge panel rules on Friday, is that true?
Do Democrats have any options if the court rules against us?

Just wondering.

and they close tommorrow. Then the wait for the ruling.

I believe the side that loses can file an immediate appeal with a Washington, D.C. based three-judge panel or seek a hearing with the U.S. Supreme Court.

2. I think you're right.
This is going to be interesting. I honestly feel that given the comments by a couple of the judges that there might be some bias, however, some republicans have come to the defense of the democrats in saying that this really is gerrymandering, and will dilute minority voting rights.

We shall see.
