That Brit Hume show on Fox discussing Dean last night...
Boy what a fair and balanced panel. Chuck Krauthamer, some dude from Fortune magazine, and Fred Barnes. I mean honestly, 4 republicans discussing the Democratic frontrunner and spending at least 20 minutes dissecting his speech and pointing out where Dean was "wrong" or "lying". No rebuttal...no oppossing viewpoint...not even your token red herring dem/lib like Tammi Bruce, or Susan Estridge (sp?). I realize this shouldn't surprise me and I deserve my own annoyance for having watched it. But still this was just so far beyond what even I have come to expect, and I am a hardcore cycnic and pessimist. Just pathetic.

P.S. Please don't respond with the "This proves they are afraid of Dean!" line. This was simply because he is the frontrunner and had just made a speech that was critical of the admin. I would imagine they are going to do this kind of stuff to whoever is the nominee.

2. Faux is not a "news channel"....it's a tool for Rove..they should rename
it.

Better yet....let's go with the "Rove BS Channel...we lie...you decide"

3. What no whacko references from so-called "democratic" blog spots?
Gee, that usually gets tossed in there too! When these clowns "debate" it's usually an: "All right let's tell everybody why they're dumb and stupid and we're right again session!"

5. So true
I have never heard anyone put it exactly as you have, but you are so right. They are not a news channel. A lot of people use the term 'Faux' to describe them, and putting faux together with news is descriptive, but a companion description of them maybe would be the 'FoxPropChannel.' Doctor Goebbels would know what that means.

4. Fair and Balanced=Lies and the Lying Liars That Tell Them
I agree, this is what they'd do to each and every Democrat. They care not who their opponent is, the strategy is basically the same no matter who it is.

There is much more of this sort of porpaganda to come should Team Bush usurp the WH again. Much more.
