We have a great holiday opportunity to be "influencers" now and through the election...practice your trade. Choose your weapon now!
Some choices that have been shared:
* Bush knew!! People died * Bush is a criminal * Bush is "stupid"
etc....
All of the above are true...but are they your most effective weapon?
I see people that are unhappy but don't like the conspiracy angle. Too much for them to comprehend...they can't repeat it and if they can't understand it...forget about it.
One simple line that has worked for me is by simply sharing... "I simply don't trust Bush". They usually come back and say what do you mean?
And you should have three Easy demonstrable examples: ------------------------------------------------ 1) WMD's - yes, him and his team , over and over said one thing and obviously...this is not true. The result, American soldiers have died and now we have $87B added to our taxes ...while the US needs the help. I can't trust him.
2) Medicare Reform (for elderly) - a bill past in the middle of the night which places "no price on the future of drugs". Canadian govt. buy for thier drugstores which pass along the "low cost". This is why Canada has low cost. Bush simply say's "at least we did something". Yes, they did, they screwed the elderly. I can't trust him.
3)Pick your own that you like ...there are many.
But..you get my point. The person "understands". A US citizen looks to a leader it can trust and the main objective is to get rid of Bush.
I simply can't trust him....see how it works. Let's share stories and examples and get really good at this.
It's a "non-attacking approach" that people may enjoy. SO ...choose your weapons!
