Anyone have links re: homeland security and computer'hacking'?

Looking for info on how the Patriot Act might be used domestically to prosecute computer users. Specifically, stuff like hacking tools (legal or illegal), deployment of trojans, that type of thing.

Any input would be appreciated.

on edit: For exaple, can the Patriot Act be used to prosecute an individual who is using SubSeven against another individual? I'm not DOING this, but having a discussion elsewhere about someone who has used trojans against political enemies in local election campaigns.

but yes, by all means they can if they so desire. Fraudulent use of anothers computer resources of any kind (DOS, DDOS, Trojan, et al) is considered cyberterrorism. You might run a search at www.theregus.com , I know there were previous articles there about a year or so ago.
