The Dem Tribe Looking for a Chief Warrior to fight the Pub Tribe's Warrior
It is written that the Dem Tribe has 9 warriors all vying to be Chief Warrior.

They must talk to the many Clans within the Dem Tribe and convince them of their respective worthiness/strength/power/and wisdom

When the choice is made, all the warriors not selected usually assist the new Chief warrior in the Battle against the Pub Tribe and their Warrior. All the Warriors come together in a healing ceremony called Ho O Pono Pono, they all have one adversary, one thing in common, get the Bush outta the White House/

In the heat of this early elimination process it seems some warriors are saying things that will deter the healing process later on during the Ho O Pono Pono Ceremony. They are reminded to keep the focus of defeating the Kuppra. They can help by thinking before open the mouth.

Come, we prepare the Kawa, make the fire wood ready, gather stones, we go tribal, mo bettah

1. Is Mogwa available?
You know...the Iroquois man from Last of the Mohicans?

Okay, he may not be big on our philosophies, but he sure is good with a tomahawk! ~wince~ ;)

8. Sorry, begging your pardon, there is no mention of the warriors
ganging up on the leader via the Ala Mihi Syndrome.

The point was the Dem Warriors should keep their spears pointed outwards.

"Those primitive Libruls... now they're carrying spears" :)

"The point was the Dem Warriors should keep their spears pointed outwards."

Great line! Love the image.

I never could understand the expectation that anyone could say anything at all, no matter how combative, hurtful and damaging, then expect everyone to come back smiling and shaking hands. Ask any marriage counselor whether words can forever damage relationships.

Kanary, whose spear is *always* pointed outwards.... :)

Tribal council coming up soon.

No candidates have won immunity yet. All will have their stamina tested, and thus require sacred Pinapple Nectar with biodynamic Bing Cherry garnish.

Let the preparations for the Ho O Pono Pono proceed without interference.

22. haha fun analogy
Being Irish and being serious student of medieval history, I can relate.

It really is the same as it ever was but we use different labels. Chief, King, President, whatever. Warriors, nobles, legislators, whatever.

So many similarities a close study would make many very ill. Right down to work places which closely resemble private little fiefdoms.

26. Times have really changed over the past 2 or 3 thousand years, has it?
You would think we would see some improvements, especially in the past 60 or 70 years. But no, hardly, for its the same, the people in power, who are rich and influential, they wish the status quo. Should there be changes, it should be in the direction to make things better for THEM. And this is what is ongoing till today.

Our Dems wish to change this, make things right for the Common people. At least I hope they do.

The Earth has only so much resources for us Humans. Time is running out, Soon there be too many of us and too little food to go around. Our systems need time to reflect changes to deal with harsh conditions coming up, and unless we do it soon, we all are in for the deep doo doo. BushCo represent the OLD WAY. We need new and better approaches to these developing problems looming on our doorsteps. Overpopulation, global warming, shrinking resources, etc etc. The Pubs are nowhere near solving this shit.

We need a new vision.

Come, we go think

28. Improvements? Went backwards, sadly
IN the 60's and 70's, there was room for hope. It looked like a change in thinking, and in the heart. Age of Aquarius and all that.

But, what the heck happened? Now it's worse than ever, in many ways. So very discouraging, and I'm rather ashamed of my generation. I sometimes feel like I have fought my fight, many years ago, and I'm tired and it's time to let the young'uns take over. For all our efforts, we shouldn't be seeing this. ~~deep breath~~ ah, well.....

Would like to hear more of your ideas of how the concept of Ho'oponono could help in our situation. It's obvious we need to stop repeating the old patterns that aren't getting us anywhere, and go in new directions.

Live aloha.

Kanary

It is so refreshing to see the Aloha being shared and spreading.

And Thank You for having Aloha for Pono Aina

It seems not too many develope an affinty of Nature and the Eco System, Sad and Tragic at the same time.

The Pub use a system based on short term results. People who love Nature, they go for the Long Term.

In local pidgeon talk, "guy" is used for both sexes. Sorry for the confusion.

Come, we find some teriyaki and sashimi with cold beer.

36. Greens and Dean both have long term success in mind.
They believe in investing for the long haul. The Pubs want fast money, they being the school yard bullies.

Their message sucks so they scare people into accepting their view points.

It will take a village to rid ourselves of Bush. Its not impossible.

Yes, we all must work together for the Common Good, the aina, the Ohana.

Come, we find Pinto Beans
