Kurdish school textbook found in Saddam’s hideout hut

A Kurdish school textbook could be seen in Saddam’s hideout, according to video recordings in world media.

The textbook called "Alfubeyi Niwe bo zimani Kurdi" (The New Kurdish Alphabet) is being used in first class primary schools across south Kurdistan.

The book, which was shown on a small coffee table along with two Mars chocolate bars, didn’t attract the attention of the non-Kurdish speaking world journalists.

It is believed that this could mean Saddam Hussein was actually trying to learn the Kurdish language...

or both, I guess nobody could find the Iraqi version of Maxim for him

Saddam would last about 17 seconds before being bludgeoned to death if he tried to hide with the kurds. For good reason. It would be like Osama trying to hide in a Manhattan fire station

2. Does the Iraqi version of Maxim
have the same stale, and trite humor month after month after month?

4. Maybe the Kurds were holding him hostage?
What would he expect to learn from a children's text book that would help him?

6. Maybe the Kurds were holding him in proxy for the US.
This makes sense to me. The US has had Saddam for some time, I think.

7. You know in Iraqi textbooks, they teach the kids that God's three mistakes
...were creating "Jews, Iranians, and flies"
