"If you do not turn on to politics, politics will turn on you."
Props to Nader for this gem.

"To the youth of America, I say, beware of being trivialized by the commercial culture that tempts you daily. I hear you saying often that you’re not turned on to politics. If you do not turn on to politics, politics will turn on you."

This should be posted in every class room, interstate overpasses, on billboards, and PSA's. It's short, to the point, and powerful. It's THAT good.

That said...Please, please, don't run in 2004:-)

3. Damned right...that video proves why he wasn't allowed in the debates.
Because he would have punked the media and it would have been reported.

4. heard this played on my hometown community station
WMNF-FM 88.5. www.wmnf.org

it's amusing to here DUers complain about media consolidation but never mention the dems. complicity in it, that only one dem. senator voted against the 1995 telecommuntication act.

(On WMNF) It's a powerful statement.

Which Dem voted against the telcom bill? Was it Wellstone?

8. Sad. Very sad. Sort of reminds of a movie I just rented.
Watching "A Very British Coup" tonight and the Leftist PM is going to get shot or something...I'll finish it tomorrow.

Seems like we lose an awful lot of our leaders and potential leaders to crashes and bullets, eh?

9. Ralph talks the talk.

There's a lot to agree with him about. Unfortunately he doesn't walk the walk, which makes him a bigger liar than the Repukes. He knows what to say to get people to follow him. He knows he doesn't have a rats chance of winning, so he doesn't have to keep any promises. This makes him rather insidious as to what his real intentions are.
