Edited on Mon Dec-22-03 09:45 AM by ElsewheresDaughter
1st US president NOT to make "Person of the Year" during his term...am i wrong?...2001 Rudy Guliani.. 2002 it was the "women whistle blowers"...2003 US Soliders....wonder if it ticks chimpo off enough to ruin everyones holidays with an "ORANGE ALERT" get even call?

it speaks volumns about the true American mindset....disgust and mistrust of bush imho

another to add to the long long list of "1st time a US president has" ever (in this instance NEVER) for bush

1. It is still possible next year

3. He was chosen in 2000.

Granted he didn't take office until January 20, 2001, but Time chose him as person of the year after the contested election. I cancelled my subscription to Time because of this.

On edit - fixed typo.
