At the end of our local lib's show, he took a caller:

Caller: Hey Bruce, I may disagree with Rush politically, but this whole investigation into his personal records is ridiculous. Since when has Rush Limbaugh used personal information to attack people. And since when have medical records, eyewitnesses, past history, and a partial on-air confession ever been used to garner a conviction in a criminal case?

Host: I know, it's absurd. It's basically an entire fishing expedition.

Caller: Right.

Host: Thanks...oh, and don't forget not to be too sarcastic for Christmas.

Caller: You got it.

(3 minutes later)

Host: You know, in the spirit of the Christmas season...I hope Rush gets a slightly lighter sentence.
